questo e' al doppio cioccolato e albicocche di stagione.
La crema al formaggio e' farcita con le albicocche tagliate a pezzettini
e cioccolato bianco fuso.
L'ho ricoperta con la glassa a specchio al cioccolato, che mi era avanzata dal
cheesecake foresta nera. Naturalmente l' avevo conservata in freezer.
